About SINGU
At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.
Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.
Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.
If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.
About the roleQA roles usually mean owning one product. Ours doesn't work that way.
At SINGU, the QA team works across the entire product group. Any given month you might be setting up a new automation project from zero, going deep on an API regression suite, or prototyping something in security or performance. Our recent QA hires joined specifically because nothing else looked this open-ended.
We're growing the team and hiring three Regular QA Engineers.
What you'll do:Build and maintain automated tests across multiple SINGU products – web and API as the baseline, with optional depth in security, performance, accessibility, or mobile
Set up new automation projects from scratch. You're not inheriting someone else's flaky suite
Write tests in Playwright (TypeScript) and ship them through Jenkins / Bitbucket Pipelines
Pick a specialization that fits your interest and run with it – there's real demand across the board
Contribute to QA standards and practices across the group
This is the part most of our recent hires said sold them on the role. Where you go deeper is a conversation: your interests on one side, what the business needs most at the moment on the other. We meet in the middle, and it actually works – people here have shifted focus as priorities and interests evolved.
The directions we have real demand for:
Security — ZAP, dynamic scanners, OWASP. We'd love one of the three hires to know this space or actively want to grow into it. Not a pentester role, but real security work in a QA context.
Performance testing — open space to build this out.
Accessibility — room to own it and shape how we approach it.
Mobile — we already have two engineers focused on this, so mobile depth is welcome but not required. If it interests you, there's room to plug in.
End-to-end and API automation — the bread and butter, and where most of the team's time goes.
You've shipped production test automation as a Regular QA Engineer
You're hands-on with Playwright or Cypress in TypeScript
You're comfortable with API testing (REST, HTTP, JSON)
You want to write code, not click through manual scripts – this role is 100% automation
You can run with autonomy and don't need someone scheduling your week
You speak fluent Polish and English (B2/C1) – both used daily across the team and the wider group
CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar)
Security testing — OWASP Top 10, ZAP, dynamic scanners
Track record of setting up automation projects from zero
Agile / Scrum team experience
Understanding of test environments and test data management
The dev side has substantial legacy (PHP, .NET). That's part of why QA matters here — your automation is the safety net for refactoring and migration work happening in parallel. The QA stack itself is modern.
The team is small and the structure is light. We move fast and expect you to figure things out. If you want a fully laid-out playbook, this isn't it.
We hire on automation, but functional testing instinct still matters — you're testing real products used by real customers, not just writing scripts.
