Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? We are currently seeking applicants for a QA Engineer at our fast-growing manufacturing site in Miharu, Fukushima, Japan.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create, document, and track corrective action reports like 8D reports (both customer and internal).
- Communicate with customer representative/ Sales / Marketing regarding Customer complaints and customer quality questions.
- Work with process engineering personnel and other departments regarding problem root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
- Analysis of problem trends and drive continuous improvement actions
- Creates and/or maintains various reports as needed.
- Support physical analysis of failures in Failure Analysis Lab
- Performs supplier audits against an established schedule, occasional travel may be required
- Assists in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3 and internal audits
- Supporting and interacting with customers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending
- Track corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions
- Additional duties or functions may be assigned by manager
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 year technical degree with 4+ years experience in a technical field
- 4 years experience with Internal Quality Systems, Supplier Quality, or Quality Engineering
- 2 years experience with Internal or Supplier Auditing
- 2 years experience with quality tools implementation including 8D, APQP, SPC
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills: able to be assertive and articulate issues in a professional manner
- Strong computer skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to details
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese “– an advantage”
- Good written and verbal English skills – an advantage
Knowledge of, experience with, or certifications in the following preferred: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3, Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Minitab, drawing interpretation.

職務内容
プロセスエンジニアとして、生産プロセスの設計、評価、最適化を行い、効率性の向上、無駄とコストの削減、製品品質の確保を担当していただきます。主な職務内容は以下のとおりです。
- 8Dレポートなどの是正措置レポート（顧客向けおよび社内向け）を作成、文書化、追跡する。
- 顧客からの苦情や品質に関する質問について、顧客担当者／営業／マーケティング部門と連絡を取る。
- プロセスエンジニアリング担当者および他部門と連携し、問題の根本原因分析、是正措置、予防措置に取り組む。
- 問題の傾向を分析し、継続的な改善活動を推進する
- 必要に応じて、各種レポートを作成および／または維持する。
- 故障解析ラボにおける故障の物理的解析を支援する
- 定められたスケジュールに従ってサプライヤー監査を実施する。出張が必要となる場合がある。
- ISO 9001、IATF 16949、ISO 13485、VDA 6.3、および内部監査の支援
- 苦情調査、解決、傾向分析を通じて顧客をサポートし、顧客と交流する
- 是正措置を追跡し、是正措置の有効性を検証する
- 追加の職務や役割は、マネージャーによって割り当てられる場合があります。
求める人材
下記の要件をお持ちの方を探しています。
- 技術分野で4年以上の実務経験を有する、2年制の技術系学位取得者
- 内部品質システム、サプライヤー品質、または品質エンジニアリングに関する4年以上の経験
- 内部監査またはサプライヤー監査の実務経験2年以上
- 8D、APQP、SPCなどの品質ツール導入に関する2年以上の経験
- 優れた対人関係能力、口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力：自己主張ができ、専門的な方法で問題を明確に伝えることができる。
- 高度なコンピュータスキル
- 優れた分析力
- 細部への細心の注意
- 以下の知識、経験、または資格を有している方は歓迎します：ISO 9001、IATF 16949、ISO 13485、VDA 6.3、リーン／シックスシグマ グリーン／ブラックベルト、Minitab、図面解釈。
