ProArch is seeking a QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join our growing Digital Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Java and Selenium, while also executing comprehensive manual testing for end-to-end quality validation. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and TestNG/JUnit.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure full test coverage and requirement traceability.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and test estimation.
• Document and maintain detailed test plans, defect logs, and test execution reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing testing efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong exposure to both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver for automation.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit frameworks for test execution and reporting.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

• Experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured.
• Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Serenity.
• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (Azure, AWS).
• Experience in using test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
