What You’ll Do- Create, execute, and document manual and automated test plans and test cases for tokenization systems, smart contracts, and crypto asset functionality
- Test end-to-end interactions across distributed systems, APIs, blockchain components, and supporting services
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and champion a quality-first mindset
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to identify risks and improve processes
- Support release cycles, monitor behavior in production, and perform root-cause analysis using a detective-style approach
- Validate integrations, data flows, and security-relevant behaviors across blockchain and backend services
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst / Tester in software development environments
- Familiarity with smart contracts and tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Remix
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Hands-on experience testing APIs with tools like Postman or Swagger
- Fluent English for documentation, communication, and technical discussions
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and clear communication skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, or similar) and blockchain/crypto security concepts
- Background in fintech, financial services, tokenization, or Web3 organizations
- Basic programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar languages
