- Ensure end-to-end quality throughout the product lifecycle, from initial product specification to deployment and monitoring.
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate product functionality and performance.
- Define and maintain detailed regression tests to ensure the stability of the product with each release.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer-Facing teams to ensure product quality, usability, and a seamless user experience.
- Play a key role in defining and optimizing development and testing processes to continuously improve product quality.
- 2+ years of QA experience (both manual & automation) in complex B2B SaaS products / relevant military experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and test documentation (STP, STD).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Test plan management tool, Figma, development tools, logs, and basic debugging.
- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator in English - A must
- Experienced in writing automation tests - big advantage!
- Experienced in AI/LLMs.
- A BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with REST API testing using platforms such as Postman.
