Roles & responsibilities:
• Work with Development & QA members to understand product requirements & developing test plans & test cases for functional & system level coverage
• Define & script manual Test Cases for complete coverage
• Document test cases
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Requirements:
• Define & script manual Test Cases for complete coverage
• Hands-on exposure on API Testing
• Having good debugging skills
• Having good knowledge on database queries (SQL and NoSQL DB like Mongo DB).
• Basic knowledge on UNIX/Linux commands
• Excellent aptitude and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to juggle conflicting/changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in the face of extremely challenging deliverables
• Learns quickly and independently, understanding technical aspects of products in sufficient detail so that test results can be analysed & problems isolated independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interface with team members and developers
• Desire to pursue a long-term career path as a Quality Engineer/Leader.
B.E. /B. Tech/MCA or related IT qualifications with 2-4 years of testing experience.
