How you'll make an impact
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.
- Be part of DevOps team delivering customer ready solutions
- Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
- Conduct software testing, including automated tests, performance testing, and manual testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.
- Work with physical laboratory equipment to test real life scenarios
- Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.
- Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing.
- Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.
- Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Senior Quality Assurance role
- Proven experience in automated testing
- Knowledge and experience with Power Systems is a big plus.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like OPC, IEC 60870-5-104, MODBUS, IEEE C37.118 will be a big plus
- Expert knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing is an advantage.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
