QA Engineer

We seek a QA Engineer – Salesforce UI, Web & API Testing to ensure high software quality and a seamless customer experience. As a QA Engineer, you will validate Salesforce interfaces, web applications, and backend APIs. You will collaborate with various teams to test features, identify bugs, and uphold data and workflow standards. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with QA, Data, and R&D teams to test features end-to-end and ensure high-quality product releases
• Validate Salesforce UI components, web application flows, and backend APIs for correctness, performance, and consistency
• Proactively analyze reported issues from clients and stakeholders, triage bugs, and escalate critical items effectively
• Design and execute manual and exploratory tests based on product requirements and user scenarios
• Write and maintain clear and reusable test cases, test plans, and bug reports using company tooling
• Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation in test execution and coverage
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting QA workflows, edge cases, and environment specifics
• Actively participate in sprint meetings and team discussions, raising concerns constructively and pushing for quality from day one

• Relevant educational background (Computer Science, Data/Information Science or related field)
• 2+ years of QA experience, preferably in a web/SaaS or Salesforce testing environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning interface testing and understanding of common Salesforce objects and flows
• Solid understanding of RESTful API testing (using Postman, Swagger, or scripts)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional agile team
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Working both in projects with limited supervision and as part of a project team
• Ability to self-organize and complete manual tasks to meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools is a big plus
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, or API test scripting in Python)
• Prior experience testing Salesforce-integrated workflows or enterprise SaaS systems
• Exposure to the life sciences, MedTech, or healthcare sectors
• Understanding of data workflows and how quality assurance supports downstream analytics
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments where agility and ownership are essential
