Responsibilities
- Supporting applications on medium - large S/W projects and deliveries
- Developing enhancements or parameterizing existing applications, to increase operating efficiency or adapting to new requirements.
- Compiling technical documentation (user manuals, specifications documents etc.) related to software solutions
- Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution in collaboration with development teams
- Document test cases, procedures, and QA reports clearly and accurately
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (MSc in Computer Science is a plus).
- Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher.
- Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with web apps, mainly in Angular as front-end and .NET as backend.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
- Thorough command of the local and English language.
- Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, customer responsiveness and excellent communication skills.
- Solution and delivery oriented with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
