We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team, where you will play a critical role in validating functionality across APIs, SDKs, mobile (iOS/Android), and web platforms. Your focus will be on real-device testing for biometric and document validation, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of reliability and accuracy. By contributing to test coverage, debugging, and continuous improvement, you will directly impact the quality and trustworthiness of our products.

• Cross-Platform Testing Excellence - Perform manual and exploratory testing across APIs, SDKs, mobile, and web applications, emphasizing real devices for biometric and document validation. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Issue Investigation & Debugging - Use logs, browser dev tools, and test environments to investigate problems and support debugging. Ensure issues are clearly documented, reproducible, and actionable for engineering teams.
• Test Documentation & Quality Metrics - Write and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans, and reports, ensuring consistent coverage across multiple environments. Provide clear visibility into testing progress and results for stakeholders.
• Release Readiness & Continuous Improvement - Validate bug fixes and ensure high-quality releases across platforms. Actively participate in team discussions to improve QA workflows and processes.
• On-Site Testing Support - Be available for in-office testing in Belgrade when physical device access is required.
• Model Testing & Validation – Test and validate machine learning model performance through web and native applications, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and expected behavior across real user scenarios.

• Analytical Precision – Strong attention to detail with the ability to uncover issues and validate complex functionality.
• Technical Fluency – Solid understanding of API testing, with experience using Postman, browser developer tools, and logs.
• Process Discipline – Proactive in maintaining test documentation and following structured release processes.
• Clear Communication – Capable of translating findings into actionable insights across product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Ownership & Growth – Comfortable working independently while seeking guidance when needed; motivated to take ownership of testing areas.

• Relevant QA experience, with a strong focus on manual testing of APIs, mobile, and web applications.
• Familiarity with testing across different environments and release processes.
• On-site availability in Belgrade for device and environment-specific testing.

• Exposure to fraud prevention, identity verification, or security testing domains.
• Some scripting knowledge or interest in automation.
• Basic SQL for querying and validating data.
• Experience using cloud-based device testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab).
