As a QA Engineer, you get a chance to contribute to development of our digital banking platform with focus on a quality deliverable.
Meet the jobBased on an existing testing strategy and process, you develop, enhance and execute test plans and cases, contribute to the test automation framework by adding test cases based on test designs and communicate to stakeholders and clients, if applicable, using test evidence and reports. You stand up for the balance between functional and non-functional requirements. You have a drive for product quality. Your passion for quality extends beyond scripting tests. You have an eye for detail and promote quality in your team by owning the testing process. You explore different testing types and methodologies with guidance of a Senior QA Engineer.
You act as a part of the agile team, take part and contribute to Agile ceremonies and work closely with the product owner and various team members. You take an active role in the QA Chapter meetings together with other QA Engineers, exchange knowledge and information. You explain testing process and ways of working of your team to new QA engineers.
How about you?● At least 3 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer;
● Hands-on skills in test automation (Java or JavaScript/TypeScript), API testing, and frontend testing;
● Experience and understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins or similar);
● Experience with at least one UI automation testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright);
● Experience testing API endpoints, preferably using REST Assured;
● Ready to perform both manual and automation testing;
● Excellent interpersonal skills, able to bring a vision across and get the commitment to move everyone along;
● You understand how to build testing processes inside the team.
