In this role you will...
- Own test strategy end-to-end for new and existing SaaS features including functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability.
- Design and maintain API test suites (REST/GraphQL) that run in CI; build or extend automation frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured, Cypress, Playwright).
- Write clear, comprehensive test plans, traceability matrices, and bug reports for every ticket and release.
- Validate complex fintech workflows (e.g. lending decisioning, payments, data-pipeline integrity) and keep a sharp eye on edge-cases.
- Act as release manager: own build readiness, rollback plans, and post-release defect triage.
- Champion quality metrics and tooling; surface trends and advocate for preventive fixes.
- Collaborate daily with engineers and (both live and async); jump into stand-ups, code reviews, and design docs as the quality voice.
You have...
- 3+ years (ideally 5-7 years) of professional work experience in QA.
- At least 1 year of QA experience within the fintech/payments space.
- At least some of your recent experience at a startup with <100 employees within a QA function.
- The willingness and ability to work in a hybrid environment in Tel Aviv (Neve Tzedek).

NYC Positions - 4 days/week in office, Friday WFH -- SF Bay Area Positions - 100% remote. Will require some shared office days and/or travel for team/company gatherings. -- Israel Positions - Hybrid. Requires some shared office days in Tel Aviv.
