Join our team as a QA Engineer and play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the excellence of our digital solutions. You Will:
- Identify and remedy defects within the software development process
- Write and test cases and steps for all new development in Azure DevOps
- Execute test cases through manual and automated testing
- Attend regular sprint meetings (standups, design/tech review)
- Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
- Compile and analyze statistical data
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues
- Work closely with the QA Manager to keep timelines and any schedules
You have
- +2 years of full-time QA testing experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus.
- Experience with automated and browser testing
- Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst
