Your Role in Our Story:
You will work closely with multiple development teams, giving them the required guidance and doing the hands-on work to make sure our systems comply with the quality requirements of our business. You will need the ability to create processes from scratch, involving:

Defining test cases with support from dedicated business analysts.

Development of multiple layers of testing.

Introducing new testing technologies and mentoring the development teams in their usage.

Documenting system errors and collaborating with the development teams in their resolution.

Communicating with business stakeholders to define quality metrics.

Fully own the Quality Assurance process and the way of working.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or a similar role.
- Programming experience with Python, and familiarity with the rest of our technology stack
- Experience testing REST APIs.
- Experience with testing technologies such as Selenium, Cypress, Behave or similar
- Experience across multiple levels of testing such as Sanity, Usability, Smoke, Functional, Manual, Integration, Regression, E2E, Unit, and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with planning, creating and managing the overall processes and strategic planning for Quality Assurance across the organization, based on analysis of the quality of existing systems
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, as well as creating reports from their execution, using tools such as Allure or similar
- Proficiency documenting Test Cases, Bug Reports and technical processes
- Experience with working with Agile development teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reports and metrics to senior management
- Strong sense of how to get the most test/quality value out of limited capacity
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
- Above all, a strong team player
