- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools.
- Support continuous quality improvements by introducing testing best practices, processes, and standards.
- Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, test data, and relevant quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience developing both functional and non-functional automated tests.
- Solid programming experience in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
- Proven experience building, maintaining, or enhancing test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or Watir.
- Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins, Spinnaker, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with Gherkin, BDD, and TDD practices.
- Strong understanding of software quality principles, test strategy, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for establishing testing best practices and continuously improving product quality.
- Ability to identify quality risks early and collaborate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable taking ownership of challenging testing problems while working effectively as part of a team.
