  • Identify, document, and prioritize bugs or issues discovered in the field, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Monitor quality standards across various operational phases, from development to deployment and maintenance of robotic systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, and engineers to align testing strategies with business goals and industry standards.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to drive quality, efficiency, and scalability within the field operations of robotic systems.

What you must have

  • 3+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on robotics, field operations, or regulatory compliance.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and working cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Familiarity with field deployments of robotic systems, including outdoor environments and real-world operational conditions.
  • Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and how QA applies to real-world robotic systems.
  • Familiarity with testing and debugging robotic hardware in field environments.

Get some bonus points

  • Background in robotics or autonomous driving, with expertise across the full stack—encompassing sensors, perception, mapping, localization, navigation, control, and deep learning algorithms.
  • Ability to read modern C++ and Python.
  • Knowledge of the autonomous vehicle, last-mile delivery, or similar industries.
  • Experience with automation tools for QA and testing processes.
