What makes you a great fit- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product testing, verification, or quality assurance.
- Strong practical knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP and Modbus (experience with additional protocols is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with serial communication interfaces and testing.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Experience working with Jira or other Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent written and reading proficiency in Hebrew and English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional engineering team.
- Execute functional testing and verification of power measurement devices to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, document findings, and support issue investigation and resolution.
- Build, configure, and maintain test environments, laboratory equipment, and testing infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and software development teams to ensure efficient product validation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
