QA Engineer Intern

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and widen your testing skills, learn about different user experiences, testing best practices (desktop, web, mobile, backend, frontend), deepen your understanding of security while directly impacting the quality of the GoTo/LogMeIn products. In addition, you will work with the latest tools and technologies to tackle interesting testing challenges and learn from our professionals!

Your Day to Day
As a QA Engineer Intern, you would be working on

• Help execute upon our quality strategy; manually test different GoTo/LogMeIn applications, components
• Take part in designing test cases, create test evidence following the industry best practices
• Take ownership of your tasks and communicate transparently while working together in a cross-functional team with Product Managers, QA, and other development team members

What We’re Looking For
As a QA Engineer Intern, your background will look like:

• Be a fast and eager learner
• Have good analytical, critical thinking
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have a passion for quality
• Currently studying for BSc/MSc degree at a Hungarian university

Bonus points for

• Experience in QA fields
• ISTQB or relevant certifications
• Test automation experience
• Experience with cloud-based development
• Hands-on testing experience with Mobile, Web, Windows and Mac desktop clients
• Experience with version control, build and bug tracking systems such as TeamCity, Jenkins, BitBucket, TestRail and JIRA
