What you’ll be doing as an IS QA Engineer:

• Plan, design, and execute manual and semi-automated test cases for various IS applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand system flows and integrations
• Validate end-to-end processes and system stability across multiple platforms
• Identify defects and areas of improvement in existing IS tools and workflows
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and results
• Hands-on experience with Jira and test case documentation

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience in QA roles focused on Information Systems
• Salesforce Testing experience is a must, CPQ and Lead to cash processes.
• Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, Billing, Finance(must)
• Experience in writing and executing test cases for complex system flows
• Basic understanding of API testing 
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
