Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer II to join our CGM CONNECTION team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web-based Patient Relationship Management system. This role involves developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with developers and the product owner to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication technologies, experience with QA methodologies, and familiarity with SMS, voice, and email communication standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Quickly learn and understand the CGM CONNECTION application and its functionalities.

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Collaborate with other departments and team members to analyze and understand business requirements and implementation.

Perform upper-tier support alongside the rest of the development team to provide root cause analysis and resolution of the reported issues.

Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner using Jira.

Review user guides and technical documentation and provide feedback.

Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and analysis to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Qualification/Experience:

Bachlor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-4 years of QA experience in software quality assurance, preferably within communication or healthcare industries.

Experience with Patient Relationship Management systems is a plus.

Familiarity with Twilio for SMS and voice communication.

Understanding of email communication standards; experience with tools like Mailgun or SendGrid is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scrum.

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Experience with APIs and automated testing tools, such as Swagger and Postman.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Good work ethic with can-do attitude.

Availability Requirement:

Must be available to work during US daytime hours (approximately 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
