QA Engineer I

• Test design and execution: Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests. 
• Defect identification: Find and document software defects, bugs, and issues to report to developers. 
• Bug tracking and resolution: Track the status of identified bugs and monitor their resolution. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation
• Process improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. 
• Regression testing: to ensure new updates do not break existing features. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of software development and testing principles.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
• Experience with bug tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
