The Role
WalkMe is looking for a QA Engineer to design and execute manual test plans and contribute to the overall quality of our web applications. We’re looking for someone who pays close attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building high-quality products. So what will you actually be doing?
- Design, plan, and execute QA tests and test plans for complex web applications.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Investigate and report product issues to ensure our high-quality standards are met.
- Review functionality and performance of final products before deployment.
- Manage software releases, including updates, patches, and bug fixes across multiple production environments.
- Maintain and monitor automated integration testing pipelines using Cypress and DD.
- Contribute to documentation, QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What should you bring to the table?
- 3+ years of experience in QA for complex web applications.
- Experience testing client-server applications using REST methodology and tools (e.g., Postman).
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to evaluate good UI.
- Experience writing clear and comprehensive test documentation (test cases, feature specs).
- Proficiency in using DevTools (Console, Network) for debugging and analysis.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with JavaScript and Cypress test automation.
- Experience working with DataDog Tools.
