  • Build, own and drive the testing strategy for the Lifecycle and Engagement domain, ensuring strong coverage of key functionality and critical end-to-end customer and business flows spanning multiple teams and systems

  • Build and maintain automated tests across units, integration, and end-to-end levels, supported by manual testing where needed.

  • Promote best testing practices and improve test coverage across teams

  • Provide fast, actionable feedback on releases, bugs, and new features

  • Identify quality risks early and proactively resolve them with the team

  • Collaborate with the QA Platform Team to improve tools, processes, and validation activities

  • Actively participate in team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support cross-team test coordination, test data readiness, and validation for key flows.

Who are you?

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA Engineer with Playwright and TypeScript for test automation

  • ISTQB CTFL certified with solid knowledge of testing types (functional, regression, E2E, etc.)

  • Strong experience in API testing and validating data flows between services

  • Familiar with GCP and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

  • Ability to work across teams and systems, validating complex end-to-end flows

  • Promote quality-first mindset and coach teams on testing best practices

  • Build and maintain automated tests, balancing automation with meaningful manual testing

  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills and able to challenge and guide teams

  • Support cross-team testing, release validation, and test coordination activities

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment.
