We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing (Python or TypeScript) and solid experience in manual testing. You will join a cross-functional team dedicated to developing an AI-powered agent for real-time communication, focused on enhancing customer interactions and streamlining support processes.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts in Python or TypeScript.
Perform manual testing of new features, regression, and exploratory testing.
Contribute to the development of our test automation framework and CI/CD processes.
Analyze test results, document issues, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and quality discussions.
Ensure test coverage for both backend and frontend systems.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in QA engineering (both manual and automation).
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for test automation.Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Pytest, Jest, or similar).
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
Nice to Have
Experience with telephony systems (VoIP, SIP, Twilio, or similar).
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
