Job Title
We are seeking a Senior End-to-End QA Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across complex airline systems. You will drive QA strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery by integrating testing into the full software lifecycle.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end QA strategy across systems and releases
Lead test planning, execution, and quality validation for complex features and programs
Define and implement test automation strategy and frameworks
Drive shift-left testing by collaborating early in the development lifecycle
Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines
Perform advanced testing across:
Functional
Integration
API
System-level validation
Analyze defects, perform deep root cause analysis, and drive defect prevention
Define and track quality metrics, test coverage, and defect trends
Mentor QA team members and promote best practices in quality engineering
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, automation, and tools
Design and build scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
Perform advanced API and integration testing using REST-based frameworks
Validate complex workflows across microservices and distributed systems
Implement CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Perform database validation and query optimization checks (SQL)
Support performance and reliability validation using tools like JMeter (preferred)
Work with cloud-native environments (Azure/AWS – good to have)
Establish best practices in test data management and environment validation
8–10+ years of experience in QA / SDET roles
Strong expertise in automation framework design and quality engineering
Deep understanding of:
Agile / DevOps testing practices
Continuous testing and CI/CD
Experience testing complex, distributed or microservices-based systems
Strong analytical and debugging capabilities across system layers
Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in airline/travel domain is preferred
Act as QA lead across product or platform initiatives
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and DevOps
Drive alignment on quality standards and release readiness
Influence decision-making through quality insights and recommendations

Skills Required
- 8-10+ years of experience in QA / SDET roles
