Job Title
We are seeking a skilled End-to-End QA Engineer to ensure quality across airline domain applications through comprehensive testing across UI, API, and backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate functionality, identify defects early, and ensure high-quality releases across environments.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute end-to-end test scenarios across UI, API, and backend systems
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across releases
Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and test coverage
Execute manual and automation testing to validate application functionality
Identify, log, and track defects through to closure
Collaborate with development teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure defect resolution
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure quality validation across multiple environments (SIT, UAT, staging)
Contribute to continuous testing practices within Agile/DevOps pipelines
Support improvement of test processes, coverage, and quality standards
Develop and execute automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST-based frameworks
Validate data using SQL queries and database testing techniques
Execute regression test suites and ensure stability across releases
Work with defect and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail
Support integration of test execution within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
Ensure test documentation is maintained and up to date
3-6 years of experience in QA (manual + automation)
Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), defect lifecycle
Experience in functional, API, and database testing
Hands-on exposure to automation frameworks (basic to intermediate level)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple test cycles and priorities
Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams for requirements and validation
Provide timely updates on test progress, risks, and defects
Participate in discussions to improve product quality and delivery timelines
Ensure alignment between business expectations and QA validation
