  • Performing both manual and automated testing procedures to ensure comprehensive device coverage
  • Collaborating with development and product teams to communicate issues, clarify requirements, and verify resolutions
  • Maintaining meticulous records of all testing activities, including test execution logs and defect reports
  • Identifying patterns in device failures and providing analytical insights to support process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Conducting regression testing to verify that fixes do not introduce new issues
  • Participating in induction and training programmes to stay current with new testing methodologies and device technologies

What we’re looking for…

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or device testing environments
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices

  • Ability to document findings clearly and communicate technical issues effectively
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of mobile or hardware device testing
  • Full clean, driving license and access to your own vehicle

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments
  • Experience with performance and load testing
