Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator

About the Role
As a QA Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality control, tracking project progress, and supporting team success. Working closely with the Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll manage daily workflows, provide performance insights, and help drive continuous improvement in our processes and outcomes.
This is the perfect role for someone with outstanding communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a drive to exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Assign and monitor QA projects and track team performance
- Provide real-time updates and reports to the Director of QA
- Facilitate project flow and help team members meet goals
- Support onboarding and setup for new hires
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and report performance data
- Review project components and ensure standards are upheld
- Assist with special projects, workshops, and technical production tasks
- Step in to help process projects when needed

What You Bring
- Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with data reporting and CRM software (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Experience with field work, floorplans, or commercial property data a plus
- A commitment to quality over speed—and a positive, proactive attitude
