Manages onboarding, training, support, adoption, retention, and relationships for SaaS and enterprise software clients. Conducts check-ins and QBRs, troubleshoots issues, demonstrates product value and ROI, gathers client feedback, and collaborates with Product, Sales, and Operations. Identifies account expansion opportunities while advocating for clients and improving satisfaction, product usage, retention, and NPS.
