GRC Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a GRC Executive with 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience to join our QA Compliance team and support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in documentation, policy development, audits, and quality standards, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to organizational processes and international standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Participate in external audits, including coordination, evidence preparation, audit walkthroughs, and closure of observations.
• Plan and deliver policy awareness and compliance training sessions for employees across departments.
• Write, review, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with quality and information security standards.
• Perform gap assessments and compliance reviews to identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain audit records, compliance trackers, and quality documentation repositories.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of QA and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and management reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of QA and compliance concepts and frameworks.
• Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills, including writing and understanding policies relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for running awareness sessions.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience:

• Minimum: 3 years of relevant experience in QA, Compliance, or a similar role.
• Prefered: 4 years of experience in a structured QA or compliance environment.

Education/Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good to have: Certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar.
