As a QA Automation (11259) at Encora, you will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our intelligent automation solutions. Your role will focus on utilizing RPA tools such as UI Path, Power App, and Power Platform to design, implement, and test automation processes. Your work will enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation within our automation projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and test Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UI Path, Power App, and Power Platform.
- Implement intelligent automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and ensure the successful delivery of RPA solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.
- Utilize various testing tools to validate automation processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Continuously monitor and optimize automation workflows to enhance performance and scalability.
- Document and communicate testing results and recommendations to stakeholders.
