We’re looking for a QA & Automation Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, test automation, and team leadership. You will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, developing and implementing automated test strategies, and ensuring the highest quality standards for Lusha's products and services.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Automation engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set clear objectives and development plans.

Quality Assurance:

  • Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Automation:

  • Develop and maintain a robust test automation framework to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Identify test automation opportunities and implement automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new test tools, technologies, and practices to enhance the QA process.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related topics in project planning and execution.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and project status.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the development process.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of test findings and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
