We are seeking an experienced and inspiring QA & Automation Senior Manager to join our R&D team, reporting to VP R&D. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the testing and automation strategy for our advanced networking products, specifically tailored for Telco and Data Center environments based on Broadcom SDK.
Managerial Experience: At least 5 years of proven managerial experience leading QA and automation teams, with a strong focus on Networking or Embedded Systems domain.
QA/Automation Experience: At least 10 years of overall experience in QA and automation.
Leadership & Management Skills:
- Full ownership and accountability of the team’s delivery and product quality.
- Proven ability to define strategic direction and implement processes within a team.
- Ability to accurately reflect status and filter noise.
- Experience in building and leading teams and implementing work methodologies.
Strong Technical Automation Background:
- Python – Essential with excellent proficiency.
- Proven experience in architecting, building, and establishing automation infrastructures.
- Familiarity with advanced automation tools and performing code reviews of automation code.
- Java – An advantage.
Networking Systems Understanding:
- Excellent technical understanding of Networking Protocols (IP, MPLS). CCNA or equivalent – An advantage.
- Mandatory experience with traffic generators such as TREX, IXIA, Spirent for testing.
- Understanding of networking and SONiC based systems at a usage and testing level.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Experience integrating automation with CI/CD processes – A major advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
