Skills Required
- 12-18+ years of experience in QA or Test Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles
- Experience leading large-scale QA automation initiatives in banking or financial services
- Success transforming manual QA teams into automation-first organizations
- Strong expertise in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
- Deep understanding of banking systems and payment processing
- Understanding of financial regulations and highly regulated environments
- Experience with AI/ML in testing, including self-healing automation or predictive analytics
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to test data management and service virtualization tools
