Job DescriptionIn this role you will provide technical expertise on our projects and to support our test automation teams in their pursuit of product excellence. You will be responsible for both manual and automation testing, meticulously crafting test cases, executing them with precision, and leveraging modern testing tools and technologies to automate repetitive processes. Your contributions will be integral to maintaining the integrity and robustness of our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and documenting test results.
Key tasks
- Design, develop and execute automated scripts and integrate automation tools
- Contribute to the development of automation project plans, scope and schedule, communicating with various stakeholders impacted by automation
- Research and experiment with solutions for potential blockages, performance issues, scalability opportunities
- Support, maintain and enhance all test case automation related activities during development and delivery stage
- Investigation, analysis and resolution of issues found during testing
- Manual execution of test cases
- Automation of UI and API test cases
- General tests for the functionality of the application
- Performance testing
- Performing maintenance of automatic tests
- Tracking corrections with development teams
- Granting a status to the production versions to be delivered
- A passion for quality assurance and a commitment to continuous learning
- Good understanding of software testing and the overall product development lifecycle
- 3+ years of professional experience in software testing
- 3+ year of professional experience on web projects with Selenium, Java, REST Assured, Postman
- Experience with UI and API testing
- Detail oriented and self-driven
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree.
