The QA Engineer (or Senior QA Engineer) will work under the oversight of the Head of Engineering and Lead QA and assist with all the QA responsibilities below:
Perform manual and functional testing of web-based, AI-driven, and voice/chatbot platforms.
Validate workflows, conversational flows, UI behavior, and multilingual responses (English & Spanish).
Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Execute performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools.
Analyze and report test results, bugs, and quality metrics to drive improvements.
Maintain regression test suites to ensure consistent performance across releases.
Support UAT and production verification activities.
Stay updated with emerging QA methodologies, automation trends, and AI/ML testing practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – essential for validating language-specific flows.
At least 3+ years of QA experience, with a balance of manual and automated testing expertise
Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.
Experience testing platforms built from scratch, with an understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery models.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman/RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Familiarity with AI/ML models and data-driven testing approaches is a plus.
