Aristocrat Interactive, a leading global provider of cutting-edge technology solutions for the iGaming industry, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts. You'll also play a key role in refining our QA processes, increasing test coverage, and ensuring our systems perform at the highest standards. Your work will directly impact the quality and stability of mission-critical software systems.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end UI test automation using Playwright with TypeScript
Create, maintain, and optimize API test automation scripts
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality gates and continuous feedback
Evaluate and select automation tools and approaches
Support the development and improvement of test frameworks and automation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ensure quality standards
Review test plans and provide technical input on automation tasks
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in manual testing and 2+ years in test automation (5+ years total QA experience)
Hands-on expertise in test automation using Playwright & Typescript & Cucumber (UI + API Testing), K6 (Performance Testing), and unit testing frameworks
Strong development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and SQL
Proven experience with performance, latency, and stability testing of web APIs
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, enterprise platforms, and end-to-end testing practices
Strong skills in writing test strategies, test cases, and executing comprehensive test plans
Experience with version control tools, especially Git
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience leading or contributing to quality assurance strategy is an advantage
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and quality focus
