What You'll Do
Develop and implement test plans and manual test cases.
Perform automation testing on projects.
Make decisions on automation tools to determine the best automation approaches.
Submit and track product issues found during testing to ensure they are resolved.
Provide input to daily project status reports for each assigned project.
Reproduce issues when necessary to assist software development in resolving them.
Provide feedback for continuous test improvement.
Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker in English.
Identify, analyze, and describe any production-related issues.
Research and propose new practices and technologies to improve our processes.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of manual QA experience and 3+ years of QA automation experience.
Proven hands-on experience in QA and testing.
Extensive experience developing automation testing using Playwright UI and API testing, K6 Performance testing.
Significant experience developing manual testing using TestRail.
Significant practical knowledge in Typescript development languages.
Proven experience with performance testing, stability, and latency of web API.
Vast experience writing test strategies, test cases, and end-to-end testing of web-based products.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms, systems, and QA procedures.
Enthusiasm for testing, scalable systems, and QA methodologies.
Previous experience leading quality assurance strategy.
Innovative problem solver with excellent communication and listening skills.
Practical familiarity with Git.
