As a QA Automation Engineer, you will:
- Develop test strategy, plans and test cases
- Participate in meetings regarding software requirements
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Build test automation frameworks
- Design, write, and execute automated tests
- Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system
- Perform manual testing for TIMECO and Humanity products
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Communicate and share information about issues and problems
- Create reports of test progress and results
- Participate in the setup of continuous integration
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 2-4 years of QA automation or relevant experience
- Hands on experience with Cypress is required.
- Be proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, Shell
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong ability to prioritize workload
- Remain professional under severe pressure
- High level of customer empathy
- Strong email etiquette and grammar
