Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in QA, development, and automation to join the Negative News Screening Squad.
This is a hands-on QA Automation role focused on solving complex testing problems through the development, coding, configuration, and maintenance of test automation programs, tools, and frameworks. The role supports efficient technical testing solutions, a continuous test environment, and a strategic QA framework.
The Automation Test Engineer will work closely with Development and Business Team members based in Mumbai and New York. The role incorporates DevOps, Scrum, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices to improve test coverage, identify defects early, and support reliable software delivery.
Software Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional experience in QA, development, or automation.
Experience designing end-to-end testing frameworks.
Experience coding and maintaining back-end automation frameworks using Java and Python.
