The Role

Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, is seeking a highly motivated QA Analyst to join our team! The QA Analyst will work within a SCRUM team to write individual tests for new features, implement test cases, retest bug fixes, and perform regression testing. This role requires the ability to detail test cases with clearly defined pre-/post-conditions, edge/exception cases, and verification criteria.

As a member of our QA Team you must effectively communicate findings and demonstrate an understanding of software testing techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with multi-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Review and analyze functional requirements for assigned stories
  • Collaborate with Senior QA Analysts to write test cases and adhere to standard methodologies for QA
  • Estimate testing effort for stories
  • Implement test cases (manual) and analyze results
  • Build artifacts (screenshots, test data) to document/reproduce defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams using Jira
  • Help Software Engineers solve/reproduce issues
  • Perform accessibility & exploratory testing for assigned stories
  • Determine test scenarios to add to regression suite
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skill
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral, is essential for this position.
  • Ability to detail and troubleshoot errors
  • Proven grasp of test management software
  • Shown experience writing test cases
  • Experience with JavaScript debugging tools, such as Chrome developer tools
  • Basic queries to retrieve and verify data
  • Experience with accessibility and assistive technology testing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, QA Certificate, or equivalent experience of 1 to 4 years is preferred
