About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous QA Analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers, product owners, and other cross-functional team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented and thorough approach to software quality and a desire to leave no stone unturned.
In your tool bag:
- Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate, understand, and clarify requirements, and develop a testing strategy to cover the requirements adequately
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot, report, and prioritize bugs reported by internal and external users
- Strong testing skills, and deep knowledge of different testing types
- Expertise in QA processes, Agile
- Demonstrated advocacy for the growth of quality standards in software development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
You have experience with
- Mobile and backend hands-on testing
- Shift-left and shift-right approaches, context-driven testing
- Identifying risks in software and defending user experience
- Supporting agile teams in ongoing software development and testing process optimization
- Mentoring and coaching peers
