We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will take full R&D ownership of software projects, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate closely with our operations and product teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining modern software solutions while mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects with full R&D responsibility.
- Serve as a technical lead, defining and driving the architecture and direction of projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and product management.
- Promote and implement best practices in software development.
- Participate in customer-facing activities in both English and Hebrew.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Experience with Node.js, Java, or C# is an advantage.
- Familiarity with development environments such as PyCharm and VS Code; experience with Visual Studio is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, particularly IoT Core and Bedrock; experience with SageMaker is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a significant advantage.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
