About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python to provide guidance and support for the Certification Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and a passion for delivering visually compelling and effective design solutions.SweetRush is a remote organization and as such all resources must: be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and be generally available during established working hours. The hourly Rate is negotiable. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and eLearning developers to create comprehensive Python training materials, including course outlines, scripts, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Consult in designing and development of interactive eLearning modules, videos, and simulations that effectively teach Python concepts and best practices to learners of varying skill levels.
• Review and provide feedback on existing Python training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct technical reviews of eLearning content to identify and address any errors or inconsistencies in the code examples and explanations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python and Artificial Intelligence technologies to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
• Provide technical support and guidance to learners during the training process, answering questions and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python programming, demonstrating proficiency in core concepts, libraries, and frameworks.
• A strong understanding of adult learning principles is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in driving training certification content, digital media, and AI projects from preproduction to launch
• Prior experience in consulting on Python eLearning production projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Must be available to work during US time zones business hours.
