Summary :

We are seeking a talented Python Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team focused on building and scaling cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and deploying machine learning models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging your expertise in Python and advanced AI frameworks like LangChain. You will work closely with our data science team to integrate these models into our existing systems and ensure their seamless operation within our cloud infrastructure. A key requirement of this role is obtaining the Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer certification within three months of starting. We will provide support and resources to help you achieve this.

What you’ll do:

• Model Development and Deployment:

• Develop and refine machine learning models using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Utilize LangChain to orchestrate LLM interactions, manage prompts, and optimize model performance.

• Deploy models on GCP using Vertex AI and other relevant services, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to feed data into our models.

• API Integration and Optimization:

• Integrate with various LLM APIs (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to access and leverage powerful language models.

• Optimize API calls for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.

• Develop and maintain clear documentation for API integrations and model usage.

• Collaboration and Problem Solving:

• Collaborate closely with data scientists to understand model requirements and ensure successful implementation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, data quality, and API integration.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM technology and identify opportunities to enhance our AI capabilities.

What experience you need:

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding with 

• 7+ years of experience in Python programming.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for LLM orchestration.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere) and best practices for API integration.

• Knowledge of GCP services, particularly those related to machine learning (e.g., Vertex AI, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage).

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.]

• A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
