Python Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in building and testing AI-powered products using external Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, API integration, and AI-driven application development. Additional experience in AI, machine learning, or NLP is a plus.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven products using external LLM APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for AI product development, integration, and testing.
- Integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Build scalable, high-performance Python-based backend systems
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and analytics for AI-driven features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and requirements.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
- Optimize AI models, refine prompts, and enhance product accuracy.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party AI/LLM services.
- Familiarity with AI product development frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Streamlit, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms for deployment.
- Knowledge of NLP, AI, or machine learning concepts (preferred but not required).
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Proficiency in using Docker and containerized applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
