We're seeking someone to join our AI Security Enablement team as a Python/Java Developer in Cyber to implementation of cybersecurity controls to secure firm's use of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.

This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
  • The design, development, maintenance, and support of web-based applications and/or distributed applications
  • Translating high-level business requirements on multiple, complex requests into detailed functional, technical, and/or system specifications and designs.
  • Work with cross-functional team to ensure that all key technical requirements are identified, estimated, designed, implemented, and tested.
  • Testing and analysing software designs and solutions (including debugging and troubleshooting)

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • 6-9 years of experience as an Application Developer with design and developing multi-tier Python applications
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts, model training, and evaluation
  • Familiarity with GenAI architectures (e.g. transformers, LLMs like GPT)
  • Experience with APIs, especially OpenAI, Azure Open AI and RESTful services.
  • Experience of using open-source frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, etc.
  • Knowledge of secure coding, data privacy and adversarial attack vectors
  • Familiarity with deployment on Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with containerization (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Ability to Query Relational Databases like DB2, Sybase and Cloud data sources like snowflake
  • SOAP & REST Web Services with on XML/JSON based data
  • Experience with Development tools (Jupyter, VS Code, Maven/Gradle)
  • Experience with Git and DevOps tools
  • Experience with Jenkins, CI, Sonar
  • Experience in the development of service-oriented architecture applications
  • A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and ability to deliver solutions using TDD, BDD
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions and different roles
