As a Python Architect, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and tools, integrating GenAI algorithms and models for data analysis and pattern recognition.
- Integrate software solutions with external systems, databases, APIs, and third-party technologies as required.
- Participate in code reviews, provide valuable feedback, and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
- Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and our clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Focus on building trusted relationships.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Tech Stack: SQL Server, and MicroSoft Azure, .Net Framework, Azure DevOps (ADO), C#, .NET Framework, MS SQL
- Performing in development language environments e.g. C#, Python, Java, or equivalent and applying analytical methods to large and complex datasets leveraging one of those languages
- Automating complex processes
- Translating business requirements into relevant data models
- Utilizing and applying into projects knowledge of technologies such as machine learning frameworks provided by Microsoft.
- Building trusting and influential relationships and engaging with vendors and third parties as appropriate
- Collaborating with architects, other leads and developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards
- Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs
- Adept in using Agile development methodologies and Scrum to deliver data driven approaches
- Demonstrating experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. CosmosDB, MongoDB)
- Building application integrations using API, REST and SOAP web services
- Showcasing technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and portfolio of applications with demonstrated knowledge of the business strategic priorities in order to resolve complex problems
- Demonstrating proficiency with fundamental front-end \ web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON
- Demonstrating familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, Node.js
This role is expected to work onsite in Tampa, FL Monday - Thursday.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Base Salary Range
$142,000—$189,000 USD
