You will transform yourself and…
Support the team with HR administrative tasks (e.g. contracting, preparing documents),
Maintain internal HR information systems for accuracy and compliance (Workday system),
Support the team in day-to-day operations and administration, within organizational activities and ongoing projects,
Gain insights into all HR processes and you will be a full member of the team from day one,
Work in an international environment.
You are ready if…
You are currently enrolled at a university,
You are able to work at least 20h per week,
You live in Ulm or nearby,
You feel comfortable speaking German and English on a daily basis,
Your way of working is structured, independent and reliable,
You have a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and willingness to work.
