Zoom is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of People Digital Transformation to revolutionize our People Experience operations. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead automation initiatives and elevate employee experience through cutting-edge AI solutions. We're architecting a fundamentally more efficient, intelligent, and AI-powered People Operating System where you'll be instrumental in reimagining the end-to-end People experience. This strategic position is essential for driving operational excellence and maximizing strategic impact across our People Experience ecosystem.
As a transformation leader, you'll orchestrate hands-on transformation initiatives that seamlessly integrate people, process, and technology—unlocking thousands of hours in productivity gains, enhancing employee experiences, and delivering quantifiable business outcomes. You'll collaborate with global stakeholders to streamline cycle times, eliminate friction points, and embed intelligent automation into our mission-critical People processes, while expertly balancing enterprise scalability with nuanced global and local requirements.
Reporting directly to the Head of People Experience Operations, you'll forge strategic partnerships with Centers of Excellence, People Business Partners, Engineering teams, Product Managers, and Operations leaders worldwide. Your success will be measured through accelerated process velocity, demonstrable ROI, enhanced user experiences, and sustainable adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize Workday and other HR systems, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Manage organizational changes and transitions, utilizing automation tools to ensure smooth implementation.
Coordinate international/regional HR projects with sensitivity to local requirements and compliance needs.
Drive end-to-end process transformation projects, from discovery and diagnosis through design, implementation, and measurement.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and systems thinking to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and embed automation or self-service solutions.
Partner cross-functionally to simplify complex workflows while aligning with policy, compliance, and user experience requirements.
Create future-state process designs that integrate seamlessly with AI-powered platforms and digital tools.
Build process maps, service blueprints, and performance dashboards to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate design sessions and workshops with stakeholders to co-create and validate process improvements.
Develop and maintain quantitative success metrics such as time savings, SLA compression, ROI, and adoption rates.
Serve as a champion of continuous improvement, coaching peers and stakeholders on process discipline and best practices.
Advocate for end-user empathy, ensuring that every solution is intuitive, accessible, and designed for real-world adoption.
What we’re looking for
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
8-10 years of experience in HR operations, transformation, or professional services
Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or equivalent experience) with expertise in Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis
Technical Expertise
Proficiency with HR technologies (Workday, ServiceNow)
Experience implementing AI tools and automation solutions
Demonstrated success in process mapping, service blueprinting, and change enablement
Proven track record leading cross-functional process redesigns across global, multi-system environments
Experience designing and implementing HR operations in enterprise organizations or professional services
Strong systems thinking approach—connecting people, process, and technology to drive decisive improvements
Demonstrated measurable impact in reducing costs, improving SLAs, boosting efficiency, and increasing adoption
Global Perspective
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
Experience with international HR operations

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$126,500.00Maximum:
$276,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
